Location: Midland, TX Shift: 1st Shift Work model: On-Site Schedule: FULLTIME; Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Job overview: Schneider is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator in Midland to be on-site at a customer location and act as a liaison between Schneider and the customer. The Customer Service Coordinator will act as an advisor, resolve complex problems, and build a solid working relationship with the customer. Responsibilities: Develop a deep knowledge of the customer's supply chain. Provide process and technology training to enable the needed support and coverage. Establish and communicate the daily distribution of work to the team. Attend weekly business reviews to discuss new offerings for the account. Act as the team lead for problem resolution. Analyze service issues and trends to determine the root causes and communicate recommendations to the team. Identify opportunities that would lead to improved performance for the account. Work through any border crossing issues that arise. Skills and qualifications: Associate degree in business or related field. 2-4 years of relevant work experience preferred. Excellent customer service skills. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Strong problem-solving skills. Pay and benefits: Medical, dental and vision insurance.
