Job Description:
Responsibilities:
* Field calls and electronic communications from customers requiring assistance and providing feedback to the company.
* Accurately record all customer calls/electronic communication into the reporting platform on a daily basis.
* Ensure that loyalty card requests are maintained and processed daily and in a timely manner.
* Utilize system tools to research and provide resolution to customers.
* Process gift card orders
* Recognize, document and alert management team of trends in customer calls
Job Requirements:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
* Well organized, able to multi-task, and work in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent customer service skills
* Good interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to understand and follow instructions, and ability to read, retain and comprehend Company policies, procedures and guidelines
* Ability to work independently as well as within a large team
* Self-motivated and driven
* Ability to provide regular and predictable attendance
* Ability to comply with workplace conduct standards
The position is an onsite, Sunbury, position. Shifts vary between 8am to 6pm during weekdays and rotating weekends 8am-4:30pm.
