The Customer Service Representative serves as the first point of contact for customers, providing a one-stop resolution and education on products and services. This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to navigate various computer systems and tools effectively to address customer inquiries and resolve issues.
Essential Responsibilities
- Provide customers with a one-stop resolution and education on products and services.
- Process payments and assist customers with billing or account-related questions.
- Solve product or service-related problems in a timely and professional manner.
- Demonstrate a positive, professional, and empathetic customer-focused approach.
- Utilize tools and online resources to confidently deliver accurate information while navigating through multiple computer applications proficiently.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of products, processes, and technical services.
- Exhibit effective communication skills, tailoring interactions to the audience's needs.
- Document customer interactions clearly and concisely in the required systems.
Qualifications
- Drug and Background screening
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- 2+ years of customer service experience, including a minimum of 1 year of inbound call center experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Windows-based applications, including Office and Outlook.
- Minimum typing speed of 30 words per minute.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with varying personalities.
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.
- Must demonstrate reliability and dependability, including adherence to schedule and excellent attendance.
