**Summary:**

This role will be the business expert on the fulfillment portion of the Order to Cash process, globally. The candidate will serve as the enterprise business point of contact for SAPs Available to Promise logic and the corresponding business processes for both existing product lines as well as new product introductions. The role will be the primary liaison across Customer Service, Demand and Supply Planning and Sales Planning Operations activities to fulfill customer orders at the highest service level. This individual will primarily support the US/CDN business units but also enable other, global business units on a consultative basis. Successful candidate will demonstrate leadership in the areas of order fulfilment, stock levels, allocations, customer prioritization and inventory/order/shipment performance and analytics. Lead by example in the areas of focus, commitment, positive attitude, and demonstration of all Hershey values. Proactively take on any new responsibilities related to support the supply chain and increase customer service levels.

**Major Duties/Responsibilities:**

Lead and coordinate all product allocations initiatives for all existing product lines and new product launches on behalf of the Customer Service team. Ensure all system settings (SAP and non-SAP as needed), allocations programs and subsequent process steps and approvals are in place and in line with the commercial and SC strategy. Proactively communicate progress and performance of this to both Customer Service and stakeholder leaders and forums.

Routinely meet with Customer Service, Demand Planning, Supply Chain Planning, Sales Planning teams to receive the Strategy for Seasonal projects, Licenses, In & Out Items, Critical Items, or any change related to availability or prioritization to be able to communicate to OMRs. Establish and lead collaboration meetings when needed to ensure transparency of decisions and decision-making when conflicts arise.

Generate implementation agreements and deployment plans in the Customer Service processes according to the governance established for them and lead their implementation of the strategy with the team. Be the primary point of contact for trouble shooting and connection with IS partners.

Monitor and measure the success of the strategy and deployment plans, by running reports, analyzing, and communicating milestones, risk and opportunities, and Service Level progress.

**Minimum knowledge, skills and abilities required to successfully perform major duties/responsibilities:**

Strong Order to Cash (specifically order management and fulfillment) process knowledge, understanding of related transactions, policies/guidelines, and performance

Advanced skills in system data extraction, end-to-end process analytics, data visualization, and root cause analysis

Moderate knowledge of SAPs Available to Promise or Advanced Available to Promise and allocation capabilities.

Moderate knowledge of CPG supply planning techniques and associated tools

Moderate knowledge of inventory management and the impact on Order Management/Fulfillment processes

Basic knowledge of demand planning techniques and associated tools

Basic knowledge of Logistics information systems and system handoffs (i.e., SAP, Transplace)

Basic knowledge of order entry methods and customer segmentation methodologies

Basic knowledge of sales and customer management.

Basic knowledge of customer operations and customer requirements.

Basic knowledge of product life-cycle management

Strong problem-solving skills

Interpersonal communication skills, relationship management, and collaboration skills

Ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks and provide decision support

**Education:**

BS/BA degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Engineering.

**Experience:**

Minimum of 4 years of experience in Customer Service, Logistics, Supply / Demand Planning, Engineering, or Business Management.
