Customer Service/Inside Sales (Logistics) - Remx : Job Details

RemX has an exciting Customer Service/Inside Sales position with a great company located in Smyrna, TN. Location: Smyrna, TN, 100% onsite Hours: 8 am- 5 pm Monday-Friday Pay: starting at $20/hr Duration: temp to hire This positions serves as the first point of contact for customers and internal departments.

• -Manage and schedule daily requirements for clients
• -Reporting
• -Manage inventory
• -Monitor and manage flow of orders
• -Assist in the pricing and invoice process
• -Share client requirements with internal departments

• High school diploma
• 5+ years of customer service experience
• Excellent communication skills
• SAP experience preferred
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams
• Logistics or supply chain experience preferred
