Job Description :
The Customer Service intern with do reporting, pulling or creating in excel and working with our CRM Synapsys. The Intern will also be doing outgoing calls, leaving messages etc. In regards to reports, they will be focused around:Daily Reporting, such as: OFAC download, Bill Pay funding, Secondary account approval, Debit Card fraud alerts, NetTeller email exceptions, New and Removed Premier5 accounts, Deceased Notifications, Banno travel alerts, and closed accounts with cards attached, address Change follow-ups in BANNO: New Conversations Form, Buck Slips: Removing external accounts and sending canned response in Banno. Also, Manager Reporting: Limit Increases, HELOC Reporting, NetTeller Add Accounts, File Maintenance, and service events, such as: Hold Call Backs, Travel, Disputes, Limit Increases.Qualifications:
  • An overall GPA of 3.5 is strongly preferred, along with 18 business-related credits preferred.
  • Preference will be given to students who are entering their Junior and Senior year of college.
  • Preference will be given to Cape Cod residents or those with housing arrangements already in place on Cape Cod.
  • Strong analytical and computer skills, as well as the ability to communicate well with both verbally and in writing are essential.
  • Previous employment experience in a bank, accounting or finance environment is preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills and experience preferred.
  • Must have cyber security awareness to protect the digital environment, the Bank, and customers.
