Job Type Internship Description Basic Function: The Customer Service Intern will assist the customer service department by handling calls and email inquiries. This role collaborates closely with the team to maintain clear and effective communication between sales representatives, customers, and operations. Responsibilities and Duties: 1. Receive orders from sales, enters, and manages them in line with company policy and systems. 2. Effectively communicate scheduled shipping dates to customers and sales reps. 3. Professionally handle incoming queries or requests by phone and email. 4. Assist colleagues and supervisor with various customer service-related projects 5. Contributes to departmental goals while resolving rep issues promptly and thoroughly. 6. Processes Change Orders affecting existing orders. 7. Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements. 8. Other duties as assigned. Requirements
