* Update customers on the status of their Motorcycle via phone calls, texts, and email.
* Develop customer relationships that contribute to business objectives and promote customer loyalty.
* Research and resolve customer questions and issues to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
* Answer incoming customer inquiries to provide quotes
* Answer customer questions and provide assistance
* Handle consumer inquiries and complaints
* Interact and work with insurance and warranty companies regarding claims
* Build a strong knowledge of our brand
* Meet and exceed goals
* Work in a fast paced environment
* Support the service department with other duties as needed.
