Customer Service - Ultimate Staffing : Job Details

Attention all Administration, Customer Service, Call Center and Service Coordinators Ultimate Staffing is hiring for an amazing company just 20 minutes outside of Hartford CT. This is a great service oriented role dealing with people that need with there invoices. Taking incoming calls, helping people with their account while interacting and documenting your results. You will be calculating rates, doing basic math and helping clients figure out payment plans. If you are Empathetic, like math and like to help people this is a perfect position for you. What's needed for this role?

• Customer Service Representatives provide customer information related to billing, collection, and will accept and process applications
• Assist customer with account questions, resolving customer issues and recommending solutions
• Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards internal and external customers at all times
• Thoroughly review account information, be resourceful when resolving customer questions/concerns and be independent when assisting customers in order to provide them with first call resolution

​Qualifications:

• One (1) year of related Administration, Contact Center of Customer Service experience either by phone or face to face
• Basic Math Skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, decision making skills, analytical skills
• Proficiency in typing and basic computer applications (Word, Excel, etc.) is required
• Must have good communication skills with the ability to represent both customer and company fairly in differences of opinion regarding company policies and practice
• High school diploma or equivalent require
