FULLY REMOTE HEALTHCARE CLAIMS/CUSTOMER SERVICE REP NEEDED FOR IMMEDIATE START. Medical terminology & understanding EOB requirements. Hours are based on 9am-5pm Pacific time zone schedule (or 12pm-8pm Eastern time). You can live anywhere in the country, but must follow a 9-5pm pacific time schedule, Equipment will be provided. Job description:

• Making outbound calls to customers explaining the portion of the healthcare bill not covered by insurance
• Explaining EOB to patients (explanation of benefits) the portion of the bill they are financially responsible for

Requirements:

• You must be well spoken, have strong written and verbal communication skills
• 1+ year of healthcare customer service experience
• Have a high school diploma
• Be familiar with Excel and have strong data entry skills
• Understand Medical Terminology and know the term EOB.
