Customer Service - Public Storage : Job Details

We re hiring Property Managers to work independently at multiple locations, managing customer storage needs and daily business operations.Main Responsibilities:Assess customer storage needs and sell packing and moving suppliesConduct daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availabilityAudit cash drawers and make bank depositsRemind and collect payments from customers when duePhysical Requirements:Transport and lift/move items weighing up to 35 poundsWalk in/around facilities for up to 50% of the time, including climbing stairs and opening large doorsPerform cleaning and daily maintenance tasks, including sweeping/mopping interior areas and maintaining exterior grounds/curb appealQualifications:Customer service experience in sales environments, including retail, restaurant, or fast foodValid driver's license and own vehicle for travel between work locations and/or conducting work-related businessWe Offer:Flexible and full-time schedules between 9:30am - 6pm (weekends until 5pm)Full-time benefits, including medical, dental, vision, 401k, and paid time off, after working an average of 20+ hoursMileage reimbursement for travel between properties or work-related tasksOn-site company housing at some locations, after meeting performance and tenure requirementsPerformance-based bonuses for our Property ManagersAbout Us:Public Storage is the self-storage industry leader, recognized as a Great Place to Work by the Great Place to Work Institute.
