Customer service employees are responsible for helping the guests enjoy their visit and doing everything possible to ensure they have a good time, these duties include: helping with daily activities such as cleaning, food prep, answering phone calls, completing paperwork, attending meetings, selling merchandise, and other work related task. Customer service employees must be flexible and ready to assist in any and all areas, as needed or required by the Water Park Managers. Customer Service Employees are under the direct supervision of the Water Park Managers. Examples of Duties
- Promotion of good will and excellent service to all guests
- Filling out documents and handling payments
- Issuing wrist-bands, answering telephones
- Selling of merchandise
- Food prep and sales
- Minor cleaning and maintenance
Typical Qualifications
- Must be at least 15 years of age.
- Prior customer service experience preferred.

- Candidates who are selected for appointment may be required to be fingerprinted.
Supplemental Information Physical Requirements/Working ConditionsWhile performing the duties of this job, a customer service employee will have to stand, walk, bend, stoop, lift, and sit, able to communicate with others verbally and written. In-person and on the phone, work both indoors and outdoors, sometimes in high temperatures.This position is not eligible for benefits.
