Customer Service Loan Specialist (Home Lending)

Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound calls.
- Process payments and provide information on customer payment options.
- Navigate multiple systems to research and respond to customer inquiries.
- Take detailed notes during calls for accurate record-keeping.
- Monitor accounts for updates and relay updates to customers.
- Maintain up-to-date information in various systems and code files appropriately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 2+ years in a high-volume customer support, banking, or similar customer service role.
- Analytical mindset with strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Customer service focused with exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new systems and navigate multiple systems effectively while taking calls.
- Proven ability to effectively multi-task and thrive in a dynamic customer service environment.
Salary: $22-$24/hr. (DOE)
