Bilingual Customer Service Supervisor
Hours: shift time – Tuesday-Saturday from 10-10pm (they only ever work 8.5 hour shifts) in November shift time will move to 7 days a week, 8-midnight (they will always get either a Saturday or Sunday off and have 2 back to back days off)

Overview: We are seeking an experienced Bilingual Customer Service Supervisor to lead a team of 15-20 customer service agents in an on-site environment. We are looking for an individual who enjoys mentoring/coaching, has excellent communication skills and wants to be in a fast-paced environment. Your role will be crucial in ensuring the success and efficiency of our Customer Service team.
