**Our opportunity**

We are seeking a Customer Service Manager to lead our small Portland based customer service team to optimise the customer experience, influencing and promoting delivery in full on time to meet the business needs of our customers across the Americas.

***In this role you will be responsible for:***

* Providing leadership and coaching to the Americas Customer Service team to maximise process efficiency and support their ongoing learning.

* Improving the customer service experience; create engaged customers to facilitate organic growth and deliver on customer satisfaction promise.

* Managing the collaboration with the broader supply chain group to ensure the implementation of processes (NPI, Service Offer, Customer Complaints, Warranty and Stocking policies) are well coordinated.

* Assisting the Group Supply Chain Group in the design and implementation of a logistics and distribution strategy to support the Americas' growth.

Given the strong team building and collaboration focus of this role, the person will need to be in our Tigard office at least 3 days a week and be prepared to adjust hours to overlap with Australia part of the week.

***Qualifications and attributes:***

* Ideally 5+ years working in a similar role.

* Bachelor's degree in Business, supply chain or related discipline.

* Highly energetic with a laser focus on customer excellence.

* Excellent communication, collaboration and influencing skills.

* Strategic in thinking, yet hands-on in approach with strong problem-solving skills.

* Bilingual in both English and Spanish advantageous.

* Experience with international shipping and exportation and application of Incoterms an advantage.

* Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 a bonus.
