POSITION SUMMARY: We are seeking an Order Entry - Customer Service representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our program managers by accurately processing customer orders, customer schedules, purchase order changes, and coordinating source inspections. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Process customer orders efficiently and accurately using our order management system
- Provide prompt and professional customer service via phone and email, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues related to orders
- Maintain and update customer account information to ensure accuracy
- Collaborate with internal teams, including production and shipping, to ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders
- Monitor order status and communicate any delays or issues to customers proactively
- Assist customers with product selection, pricing, and availability questions
- Support the project managers by providing order-related information and updates as needed
- Participate in continuous process improvement initiatives to ensure maximum efficiency in the order entry process.
- Regular and punctual attendance.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Follow all Company policies and procedures.
RequirementsITAR REQUIREMENTS: To conform to U.S. export control regulations, applicant should be eligible for any required authorizations from the U.S. Government. SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Self-starter able to work with little supervision
- Good team player works will with other can lead or be follow a leader as needed
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or order entry is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Customer-focused with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- This job operates in a professional additive manufacturing, traditional manufacturing and office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as printing equipment, computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, etc.
