  • Provide exceptional customer service to consumers and clients.
  • Comply with HIPAA and State Consumer Protection Laws.
  • Establish contact with consumers to discuss ability/willingness to pay to identify the appropriate repayment programs/options available to them.
  • Record accurate and detailed notes; update account status and consumer's information into the FACS computer system, fill out accurate forms and update the clients system, if required.
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly and monthly performance goals, deadlines and objectives.
  • Assist in building a positive team environment.
  • Arrive punctual prior to the start of your scheduled shift; schedule time off in advance.
SKILLS
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills; ability to effectively and professionally communicate with your peers via email and on the floor.
  • Ability to deal with a variety of personalities and scenarios while managing one's own emotions throughout the call and on the floor.
  • Self-motivated individual with strong customer service attitude.
  • Computer, communication and math skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication along with good analytical skills of situations.
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
  • High school graduate or equivalent required.
  • One (1) year of customer service and/or medical collection background is preferred.
