Seeking a candidate to work in the maintenance department answering a high volume of phone calls and handling customer service issues.

-Answering a high volume of phone calls regarding maintenance issues

- Documenting phone calls in Yardi and processing maintenance orders

- Dispatching service technicians to residents homes

- multitasking with phone calls and computer skills

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

- 2+ years of customer service experience preferably in a call center

- Computer skills, customer service, documenting calls

- MS Excel for data entry and entering numeric payment information

- Customer Service - Over the phone

- Bilingual in Spanish
