Customer Service Rep - Adecco US : Job Details

Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is hiring for a **Remote** **Customer Service Representative** . This job is work from home but we are looking for candidates who reside in **Ontario, CA** . Please reply with an updated resume for consideration.

**Type:** Five - month contract with opportunity for extension or full-time offer

**Pay:** $19 - $21.50 per hour based on experience

**Shift/Hours:** 8:30AM 5PM PST Monday Friday

**Responsibilities of the Customer Service Rep:**

Making upward of 80 calls per day

Speaking with healthcare providers and office staff regarding claims and authorizations

**Qualifications for the Customer Service Rep:**

High school diploma / GED

HMO background with claims processing knowledge

Previous call center experience

Ability to work in a fast pace environment
