Location: Oxford, AlabamaHourly Rate: $15 per hourSchedule: 1st Shift, 8 am - 5 pmKey Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls and answer inbound calls to support client needs.
  • Respond to customer emails promptly and professionally.
  • Use Microsoft Outlook and Excel to manage communications and track client information.
  • Create and maintain spreadsheets to organize client call details.

Requirements:

  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
