We are currently hiring Outbound Customer Care Associates at our client in Oxford! These positions require some onsite work so must be local candidate. Pay Rate: $18.50/hr Hours: Must be able to work any schedule shift between 7:00AM and 7:00PM CST Job Duties: Answering questions about property taxes, inquiring about exemptions and explaining how bills are paid. Must be able to toggle between screens, research information in multiple systems and speak to clients while taking notes. Background check includes a Criminal Check, Employment/Education verification and a Drug Screen. Please send your resume for next steps!
