Job Overview: We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for patients and medical providers, providing support, answering inquiries, and resolving issues to ensure a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, problem-solver, and team player who is passionate about delivering exceptional service. Responsibilities:
- Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and text.
- Provide accurate information about products.
- Resolve patient/provider concerns and issues efficiently and professionally.
- Maintain patient records.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met.
- Follow company policies and procedures to uphold service standards.
- Other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service, sales, or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible schedule, including availability on weekends or evenings if needed.
