Job Description :

Provide service to the customer accounts of Alliance Precision Plastics assuring that all orders are processed and shipped in accordance with the customers' expectations. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for all aspects of Customer Service - Job Status, Material Availability, Shipment, Coordination, Complaints, Expediting, etc.
  • Processing of customer orders and forecasts and verifying accuracy of all purchase order information.
  • Liaison between customer and all departments within Alliance; Engineering, Purchasing, Quality, Production, Sales, and Management.
  • Work with specific customer web sites to receive orders and transmit ASN'S when required.
  • Attend production meetings as needed to convey customer concerns, requirements and assist in solving any issues which may exist.
  • Must be able to work overtime as needed to meet position requirements.
  • Review and prioritize daily e-mails, faxes, mail
  • Answer all phone calls, provide information requested
  • File all pertinent information, quotations, expedites, purchase orders
  • Performs other related duties as assigned
Requirements Education Associate's degree or equivalent work experience Experience Experience in or knowledge of manufacturing customer service Experience in plastic injection molding preferred Skills Ability to interact with internal and external customers. • Job Hours: As required. • Quality: Quality standards must be maintained. • Attendance: All employees must stay within attendance and tardiness guidelines. • Productivity: Must maintain an average productivity goal. • Safety: Employees must follow safety rules. • Training: All required company training Salary Description 21.00 - 24.50 per hour
