Position Title: Remote Customer Service Representative Level 1

Pay: $20-$21.50

Hours: M-F 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering excellent customer experiences in calls, chats, and emails.
  • Managing orders (about 80% of duties initially).
  • Handling Premier and Pediatric Que calls as you progress.
  • Managing customer information in CRM systems (Salesforce, ERP).
  • Communicating with customers regarding order status, out-of-stock issues, and updates.
  • Making outbound calls and addressing customer inquiries promptly.
  • Documenting warranties, replacement claims, and complaints.
  • Meeting daily call volume expectations (about 72 calls/day).

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum Education: High school diploma or GED.
  • Experience: At least 3 years in a customer service/call center role, ideally in B2B.
  • Skills:
    • Strong multitasking (using multiple systems while talking).
    • Excellent communication (clear speech, good grammar).
    • Stress management, attention to detail, and ability to think on your feet.
    • Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce preferred) and basic MS Office tools.
  • Work Environment: Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet space.

This role would be ideal for someone with a strong customer service background, experience handling multiple systems, and a professional demeanor suited for interacting with doctors and clinic representatives.
