Customer Service Representative A highly successful Missoula HVAC company of 35 years is looking for a career-minded Customer Service Representative to join their team. This locally owned and operated family business is committed to outstanding customer service and offers an excellent opportunity to join a great group of HVAC professionals. Essential Job Duties:

• Answer and direct incoming calls providing excellent customer service.
• Schedule Service and Maintenance appointments.
• Check for voicemails from customers.
• Check email - Bookable calls (online submissions / direct messages from customers or vendors)
• Process Vendor Bills, Returns, Customer Invoices, and payments.
• Check mail, scan, and file documents promptly.
• Manage Customer Collections.
• Maintain vehicle maintenance log.

• Professional communication and time management skills.
