Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or live chat, providing accurate information regarding products, services, and order status. Serve as the first point of contact for customers in the aerospace sector, addressing technical questions and concerns with clear communication. Handle customer complaints and concerns professionally, aiming for quick resolution and customer retention. Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and delivery updates. Collaborate with production, logistics, and shipping teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and accurate product delivery. Monitor order status and inventory levels, and update customers as needed.
