Established organization is seeking a CSR for the aerospace industry! Pay range: $50-52k DOE.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or live chat, providing accurate information regarding products, services, and order status.
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers in the aerospace sector, addressing technical questions and concerns with clear communication.
- Handle customer complaints and concerns professionally, aiming for quick resolution and customer retention.
- Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and delivery updates.
- Collaborate with production, logistics, and shipping teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and accurate product delivery.
- Monitor order status and inventory levels, and update customers as needed.
- Provide basic technical support related to aerospace products or services, including troubleshooting or directing customers to the appropriate technical experts.
- Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems, including order histories, support requests, and interactions.
- Generate reports for customer feedback, product issues, or recurring concerns to improve service delivery and internal processes.
- Work closely with the Sales, Engineering, and Operations teams to address customer needs and provide seamless service.
- Support sales efforts by identifying upsell or cross-sell opportunities during customer interactions.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations, such as FAA standards and international aviation certifications.
- Maintain knowledge of quality assurance standards and aerospace industry regulations that may affect customer service or product delivery.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- 2-4 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the aerospace or manufacturing industries.
- Familiarity with aerospace industry standards and regulations (e.g., FAA, AS9100, ISO9001).
- Experience with CRM and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Strong understanding of aerospace products, parts, and components (e.g., aircraft, avionics, engines, or systems) is a plus.
