Position: Service BDC Representative Location: Sarasota, FL Pay: $18 - $20 per hour (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming and outgoing service calls, emails, and texts to schedule appointments and answer customer inquiries.
• Follow up with customers to confirm appointments, service needs, and ensure a high level of satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service appointments using our CRM system.
• Coordinate with the Service Advisors and technicians to ensure smooth service operations.
• Promote the exceptional customer experience that Suncoast Porsche is known for.
