Perfect is a residential service company specializing in Plumbing, Heating & Air and has been in business for almost 40 years. We are looking to bring on Call Center employee.We here at Perfect have one of the highest rated companies in the Treasure Valley, and we truly believe it's because of our employees. This is not an overly large call center, you'd be joining a team of 5 people, where you'll feel more like family than a number. In this role you will be answering incoming calls from our customers, answering questions, scheduling appointments and sending appointment reminders. A PERFECT candidate will treat our customers how you would want your loved ones treated and if possible, put our technicians in the position to resolve any concerns in one service call. We fully train our employees, no prior knowledge of home services is necessary! **

** HOURS ****Full time Monday-Friday

REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to pass a background check and drug test
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suites (Outlook, Word and Excel) with an ability to learn new computer system applications quickly and efficiently
• Call center experience (preferred)
• High school diploma or GED
