Job Description :

Dallas Collision Center is in need of a reliable and personable CSR!

We are an Audi Aluminum and Acura certified repair facility located on the west edge of the design district serving the Dallas area; partnered with Goodson Acura of Dallas and Audi Dallas dealerships.

Work Schedule: Mon-Fri. 7:30am - 6:00pm; rotating Sat. 9:00am- 12:00pm

Job duties Include:

* Greet all customers in a timely, friendly and professional manner

* Ensure all customer comfort items are fresh & available for customers at all times

* Fielding phone calls and directing customers to the appropriate service advisor.

* Scheduling appointments and following up with customer inquiries

* Coordinating tow companies or rental vehicles as needed by customer

* Creating and opening repair orders for customer vehicles

* Processing incoming and outgoing customer vehicle paperwork and collecting payments

* Weekly filing of invoices

* Any additional duties, as assigned.

Requirements

* Must be 18 or older with valid drivers license

* Reliable, personable and friendly demeanor

* Satisfactory completion of a criminal background check

* Ability to effectively communicate with others, oral and written

* Ability to read and understand basics of repair instructions, written estimates and work orders

* Organizational, able to multi-task; adapts easily to fast-paced environment

* Prior CCCOne, Reynolds & Reynolds, or automotive related experience a plus!
