The right Customer Service Representative checklist will include equal parts curious learner, innovator, administrator, detail driver, mentor, and motivator.This position exists to greet guests and initiate friendly interaction on the phone. - Use empowerment to ensure Guest Satisfaction Guarantee policy is implemented
- Answer questions and provide information about Dollywood, Dollywood's Splash Country and Dollywood's DreamMore Resort on admissions, products, events and rooms
- Perform sales process to include (but not limited to):
- Selling tickets and completing reservations on a computerized ticketing system
- Selling and processing Season Pass vouchers
- Process credit card transactions for ticket purchases
- Accommodate guests' needs for refunds, exchanges and other special needs
- Perform defined accounting procedures for ticket sales, including management of cash funds, deposits and credit card balancing to ensure all revenue is collected and balanced daily
- Make collection calls on Season Pass Installment payments that are past due
- Collect information to support Marketing Database and research programs
- Attend Training Classes and Customer Service Seminars as scheduled
- Clean and organize work area daily to present a professional appearance
- Comply with Safety and Security directives, policies and procedures
- Wear, keep clean and maintain appropriate dress attire

- High School Diploma, or equivalent, Required
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- 1 year Ticket selling experience, Preferred
- Call Center Experience, Preferred
- Must be able to pass a typing test (25 WPM)
- Must be able to complete and pass a pre-employment background check and safety screen
