Customer Service Representative (FBI BOC) - EMCOR Group : Job Details

EMCOR Government Services is seeking a Customer Service Representative who will provide superb customer service assistance in support of the Facility Logistics Services Division at the FBI Facilities in Washington D.C. This role is covered by the CBA for Local 99. Must have an active Top Secret Clearance to be considered Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Respond to facility and logistics service requests from customers via phone, fax, email, and in person Input service requests in the Facilities Integration Tool (FIT) system and create minor reports Ensure that accurate and quality data is being entered into the system to include verification if required Dispatch service call requests to various shops Make follow up calls on all urgent service requests Immediately notify the on duty, Duty Supervisor and the appropriate shop lead on all urgent matters Respond to parking requests received via phone, email and in person Generate parking requests after ensuring requestor has been appr...Customer Service Representative, Customer Service, Representative, Manufacturing, Retail, Skills
