Detailed Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and offer appointment windows with requested lead time.
- Maintain a required call count to meet daily, weekly, and monthly quotas.
- Maintain complete and accurate information in the client database.
- Work with Dispatch to schedule service calls and debrief technicians.
- Promptly reports unresolved issues or complaints to the appropriate leader.
- Provide assistance to other team members to achieve department and company goals.
- Ensure Club Memberships are renewed and preventative maintenance appointments are scheduled for technicians.

RequirementsEssential Skills and Experience
- Minimum of 2 years prior experience in a call center.
- Ability to read a map and geographical knowledge of service area.
- Intermediate computer skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Keen ability to work accurately, efficiently, and manage multiple tasks
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
