The ideal candidate would be compassionate towards our patients, clients, and enjoy being part of a serious but fun team. A positive and motivating attitude is a must. This candidate would be confident and professional in greeting clients and patients, answering phones, processing payments, scheduling appointments and performing multiple tasks with accuracy and empathy. Comfort with both paper and technology is a must. We understand the veterinary industry is constantly advancing and we encourage and support our team members in doing the same. • Preferred : 1+ years of prior veterinary experience or 1+ years of experience as a receptionist in a healthcare field
• Positive team player willing to continue to learn
• Must be able to work different shifts, weekdays and some Saturdays
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Able to handle a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of care
