Municipal Courts currently has full-time employment opportunities available for individuals who are self-motivated, customer service-oriented, pay attention to detail, and possess strong organizational skills. As an official of the Court, your responsibilities will include the following:Collection of fines from inbound and outbound calls. Processing payments by cash, or credit card. High level of direct contact with the general public, court staff, and Judges. Process Parking Payments and schedule hearings. Dissemination of court information as required. Data entry of court records and transactions. Scanning of court documents into the Courts case management system. Periodic rotation to alternate Court locations and/or sections. Other administrative and customer service-related responsibilities as assigned.
