Municipal Courts currently has full-time employment opportunities available for Customer Service Representatives in their Court Operations Division who are self-motivated, customer service oriented, pay attention to detail, and possess strong organizational skills. As an official of the Court, your responsibilities may include the following: . Quality Control checking of case data and scanned documents, taking appropriate action to make sure information is correct and complete. High level of direct contact with the general public, attorneys, court staff and law enforcement. Data entry of incoming citations. Scanning of court documents into Courts Case Management System Must be willing to submit to annual background checks. Other administrative and customer service-related responsibilities as assigned. WORKING CONDITIONS General office setting.
