Job Description :

Akkodis is seeking a (Customer Service Representative II) for a (Contract) job with a client in (Westborough, MA). (Ideally looking for a candidate with a solid background in Customer Service.)

The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

(Customer Service Representative II) job responsibilities include:

  • Provide quality customer service and support to client Customer Service Department on a daily basis, including phone interaction, problem resolution, and account transaction processing in a timely manner

  • Effectively prioritize within a high-pressure, high-volume environment with tight deadlines.

  • Good customer service, interpersonal, computer, typing, and telephone skills.

Training start time/ schedule? - Mon-Fri 8 am-4:30 pm; Day#1 9 am start timeSchedule after training? - 8-10hr shifts; Start & End times ranging between 8 am-8 pm

Required Qualifications:

  • Exceptional Quality Customer Service skills.

  • Have basic PC skills and data entry experience.
