We are expanding and are looking for multiple, Customer Service Representatives to join our team. This is an early-career level position and plays a crucial role in our customer support operations. Our ideal prospect lives within a commutable distance to Cartersville, GA (45 min NE of Marietta, 90+ min NE of Atlanta).Installed Right values problem-solvers with great personalities who can contribute to our get it done company culture. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain experience in the home improvement industry while developing valuable customer service skills.Primary Responsibilities
  • Field inbound customer calls regarding project-related questions and issues for flooring and kitchen cabinet installations
  • Provide accurate information about our installation services and products
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns related to ongoing or completed installations
  • Document and update customer records based on interactions
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
  • Process order modifications and escalate complaints when necessary
  • Communicate and coordinate with colleagues to ensure efficient problem-resolution
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with computers and customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Ability to remain calm and professional when dealing with stressed or upset customers
  • Active listening skills and the ability to diffuse tense situations
  • Strong time management and multitasking abilities
