Job SummaryThe Customer Service Representative is a key liaison between our international team and various departments within the company to facilitate a high level of customer service. This role plays an integral part in coordinating, streamlining, and communicating information to and from the international team, such as order submission, updates, and status of shipments.Examples of Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- International Customer Service:
- Monitor orders once transmitted via Joor for seasonal buys and work with sales rep to confirm pricing is correct
- Update shipping and payment methods on orders (CC, WT, and Factored)
- Work with warehouse once orders are picked on unit confirmation necessary for requesting payment
- Prepare shipping documents necessary for export
- Proforma invoice, Commercial invoice, Sched B, Country of Origin, etc.
- Provides duty drawback required paperwork to Accounting and 3rd party broker
- Coordinates returns if applicable for customers (approved by Sales Rep)
- Drop Shipment Coordinator (Bleckmann)
- Partner with drop ship 3PL (Bleckmann) to confirm receipt and shipments occur in a timely fashion
- Transfer domestic product to 3PL for consolidation shipments for International Customers
- Partner with production to confirm supply & demand match for seasonal shipping to BL warehouse
- Coordinate with 3PL on any customer returns processing and put away
- Coordinate with 3PL when a physical inventory count is required
- Manage Customer Refusals
- Assist with physical inventory count when required by management
- Correspond daily with the warehouse, sales, production, and accounting so that orders are shipped on a timely basis

- Great Attention to detail and accuracy a must
- 3-5 years of International experience required.
- Specialty Boutiques experience a plus
- Good Oral and Written communication skills
- Strong math and problem-solving skills to handle everyday situations.
- EDI experience and preparing UPC codes and maintaining databases desirable.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, word, excel, outlook.
- Knowledge of Full Circle a huge plus. EDI knowledge
Competencies & Skills
- Detailed understanding of inventory accounting and merchandise payable, is required.
- Solid working knowledge of major ERP, inventory and accounting systems.
- Advanced working knowledge of Excel is required and proficient in MS office.
- Solid communication skills including the ability to work well in a team environment or independently when tasked
- Self-motivated
- Ability to successfully manage multiple tasks with conflicting priorities
Physical Requirements:
- This position is an office position that requires frequent use of a computer, mouse and keyboard.
- Frequent sitting.
- Occasional standing, bending, stooping.
- Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs.
