This position is primarily responsible for processing orders and handling customer service calls, chats, and emails for , , and the hundreds of member websites on the Do it Best Ecommerce Program. This fast-paced call center requires the ability to use a computer keyboard skillfully, being able to listen and type accurately during phone conversations, professional-level spelling and grammar, and a pleasant speaking voice. * Provide customer service assistance to people via phone, email, and chat
* Communicate with warehouse staff to coordinate shipments
* Contact customers as needed to verify online order information
* Coordinate processing of returns
* File and maintain work logs
* Document interaction with member stores
* Additional duties as required
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Comprehensive knowledge of customer service
* Proven expertise in resolving customer problems with empathy and understanding
* Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly build rapport by phone
* Ability to maintain a friendly and helpful demeanor in all situations
* Keyboarding skills: Minimum of 60 WPM, able to type during conversations
* Strong data entry skills and basic math skills
* High proficiency with spreadsheets and word processing
* Internet-savvy, including web browsers, search engines, online research, and email
* Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
* Fast learner - ability to quickly scan and digest written material

* High School Diploma
* Previous customer service and CRM (Customer Relationship Management software) experience (2+ years preferred)
