Monday - Friday; schedules can vary: 8am-5pm, 10am-7pm, 12pm-9pm Pay Rate: $15-20 /hr. Customer Service Representative Job Duties and Requirements may include:
- Answering inbound calls from customers in a professional manner
- Product and service knowledge
- Providing customers with product and service information on order to resolve
- customer concerns and complaints
- Providing follow up calls to customers when necessary
- Researching information using multiple resources and route call to the
- appropriate resource
- Effective communication skills (both written and verbal) needed as a Customer
- Service Representative
- Strong computer skills including data entry/typing
