Were seeking an energetic Customer Service Representative who is a multi-tasking master. A quick-thinking problem-solver who is a pro with both technology and customers. The Customer Service Representatives impact is visible both in and out of the office. From client billing to labor coordination, this is an active role that engages with stakeholders at many levels and helps to ensure our values translate from behind the desk out to the show floor.

**How Youll Add Value**

The Customer Service Representatives impact is visible both in and out of the office. From client billing to labor coordination, this is an active role that engages with stakeholders at many levels and helps to ensure our values translate from behind the desk out to the show floor.

**How Youll Get It Done**

* Manage show floor billing, time tickets, and payroll on all assigned shows

* Enter labor performed, inventory used, and purchases made into the database

* Check in labor, verify employment eligibility, and manage the hospitality desk; support City Manager on show floor and/or serve as representative of City Manager

* Provide direction and best practices to show floor labor

* Prepare and maintain show files

* Code and process vendor bills

* Process and document workers compensation claims; liaise with all parties throughout each claim

* Make calls for upcoming shows and enter information into the work order system

* Provide support and training in any Nth Degree market

* Serve as a central resource for show labor in the local market(s)

* Other duties as assigned

**What Youre Bringing with You**

* 2+ years similar customer and/or admin support experience; trade show industry familiarity preferred, but not required

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, databases, and internet research

* Ability to solve problems with a creative, flexible, and resourceful approach

* Solid understanding of basic expense and inventory management concepts

* Excellent interpersonal skills

* Superior attention to detail

* Expert time management and organizational skills with the ability to quickly and gracefully adapt to a rapidly-changing environment

* Ability to work long hours and travel as needed up to 50%
