**YOUR LIFE AS A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE**

We have **full- and part-time** schedules for this position. Full-time employees work **40 hours each week** with a rotating 8 AM - 12 PM Saturday shift. Part-time employees work **20 - 25 hours each week** and also have a rotating 8 AM - 12 PM Saturday shift.

As a Customer Service Representative, you provide friendly assistance to our clients, determine their needs, and resolve their concerns. This is done both in person and through the phone. You establish and maintain customer accounts in our database as well as set up, maintain, and schedule preventative maintenance agreements. Some of your other duties include general assistance around the office such as data entry, filing paperwork, and more. **You feel good about helping our customers get the best plumbing, HVAC, and electrical services around!**

* Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced work environment

* Strong communication and customer service skills
