Job Description :

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Benefits Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing outstanding service to our customers, assisting them in understanding and maximizing the benefits they receive from our products/services.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat channels.
  • Educate customers on the benefits and features of our products/services.
  • Assist customers in navigating their benefits, including but not limited to insurance coverage, discounts, rewards programs, and loyalty points.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products/services to customers based on their needs and interests.
  • Stay informed about company policies, products, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor s degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using computers and customer service software applications.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
  • A positive attitude and a passion for helping others.
