Job DescriptionCustomer Service Representative in the New England and Upstate NY Area$60,000 to $62,000/YR Based on Experience + 5% Bonus Potential Our Customer Service Representative will support RVM Sales and Service Departments in delivering exceptional customer service to all Tomra clients. Daily tasks include traveling and engaging with RVM end-users, store-level employees, and management to evaluate and bolster all Tomra-related initiatives. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following: •Facilitate coordination and support among various internal departments to guarantee customer satisfaction (Sales, Service, Material Recovery, Billing, and Bar Code Department). •Manage overall customer contentment at the store level for designated accounts, including product pickup, supply provision, administrative tasks, and machine performance. •Help resolve product or service issues by identifying the customer's complaint; pinpointing the problem's cause; delegating and detailing the issue(s) to the relevant department for resolution; hastening the correction or adjustment; and conducting follow-ups to ensure resolution. •Aid in the expansion of the Bottle Bill in the assigned territory, which encompasses the rollout and introduction of RVM technology, the addition of new categories, and an increase in deposit values. •Chart and organize territory coverage across New England and Upstate New York, and manage communication and meeting scheduling with customers. •Draft and distribute weekly customer visit reports to the respective functional stakeholders. •Conduct store bar code scans as necessary. •Undertake other duties and/or special projects as required. #indsrv QualificationsEDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE College degree preferred 2-4 years' experience in business. Valid clean drivers License LANGUAGE SKILLS Must be fluent in English. Bi-Lingual Spanish/ English preferred. Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
