**Customer Service Representative**

CRST the Transportation Solutions, Inc. is looking to add another talented **Customer Service Representative** to join our growing organization. We are hiring in multiple locations, including Birmingham, Alabama; Cincinnati, Ohio; and Washington, Pennsylvania.

**Role Responsibilities:**

Working on a dynamic team creating and delivering amazing customer experiences.

Meeting achievement goals to further the growth and success of the company.

Coordinating all facets of customer freight shipments: booking freight, answering customer calls, and assisting with the preparation of customer rate quotes.

Monitor logistics through communication and operations.

**Qualifications:**

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to build relationships with clients, customers, and co-workers

Thrive in high energy and fast-paced environment

Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multi-task

College degree or one year of related experience, or equivalent combination preferred
