Customer Service Representative - Premier Private Jets : Job Details

• Provide assistance to customers relating to concierge service, rental cars and hotel accommodations.
• Confirm catering orders for inbound/outbound flights.
• Provide ground transportation for pilots/customers.
• Answer multi-line company switchboard and route calls accordingly.
• Use Unicom communication system.
• Schedule aircraft arrivals and departures and coordinate with Line Service.
• Maintain scheduling for lobby area and conference rooms.
• Maintain serviceability of aircraft linens and dishware.
• Dispatch and receive fuel orders.
• Enter fuel and service tickets.
• Stock office with supplies.
• Maintain security access to ramp, hangar and offices,
• Adhere to company Policy and Procedure Manual,
• Demonstrate loyalty to company and confidentiality when dealing with and/or communicating with and/or customers, competitors, and vendors.
• Demonstrate professional and positive attitude, especially in adverse situations.
• Maintains Customer Service desk in a clean, professional, safe, and organized manner.

• Must have at least 1-2 years of face-to-face Customer Service experience,
• College degree preferred
• Must have considerable first-class customer service skills
• Must be able to work any shift including weekends and holidays
• Must have valid Driver's License
• Must be able to obtain airport badge/ pass background check
• Must be able to take/pass a pre-employment drug screening
• FBO experience preferred, but not required
