Job Summary Fully competent and productive individual contributor serving as the first point of contact for students, parents, alumni, and campus partners contacting the University registrar with inquiries in-person, online, or phone. This role requires strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to multitask and de-escalate in a fast-paced environment while consistently delivering high-quality service. Must have the ability to interpret policies and procedures across the entire Office of the Registrar, Enrollment Management, and advising partners to resolve all manner of inquiries and to discern when and with whom to escalate more complicated inquiries. Must act in accordance with all state, federal and university regulations. Aid in the ongoing training and onboarding of all student staff. What We're Looking For : Education and Experience
  • Qualified candidates will need:
  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or clerical role.
Skills needed:
  • Excellent customer service, problem-solving, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle frequent interruptions, balance multiple takes, and maintain confidentiality.
  • Ability to navigate MS Office package with little to no assistance.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Nice to have:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
