Customer Service Representative - TRANSWEST : Job Details

. **Description**

Transwest Truck Trailer RV in Brighton, CO is looking for a professional, customer-facing representative to join the team in our heavy-duty service shop. The successful candidate will help assist customers both face-to-face and over the phone. This is a full-time position, including shifts on the weekends. **ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:**

* Direct report to service manager.

* Answer incoming phone calls to ensure all calls are answered within a timely manner (three rings).

* Responsible for greeting customers.

* Ability to answer customer questions during pickup or status of their vehicle.

* Present invoice and review with customer.

* Walk customer to cashier.

* Work with service advisor and shop foreman to ensure customer needs and requests are met.

* Assist Service Advisor with invoicing and customer contact.

* Assist with Uptime updates as needed.

**WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL ABILITIES:**

* Requires frequent sitting, standing, balancing, bending, or stooping for prolonged periods of time.

* Requires eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate a keyboard, photocopier, telephone, calculator and other office equipment.

* Ability to communicate by providing verbal feedback in a professional manner.

* Ability to receive and analyze data and input into the computer.

* Normal range of hearing and vision.

**REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:**

* High school diploma or equivalent.

* Valid Driver's License and MVR in good standing.

* Detail oriented, multitasker, and organized.

* Excellent customer service skills.

* Ability to successfully complete a General Abilities Assessment and pass post-offer background check, physical and drug screening.

* Type: Hourly

* Compensation Range: $18.00 to $20.00/hr

* Reports To: Service Manager

* Shift: Tuesday through Saturday, 1st shift
