This individual will be responsible for handling clinic customer service functions related to billing, reimbursement, patient advocacy, and insurance claims. This role involves acting as a liaison between clinics and the Revenue Cycle team, addressing billing-related questions, and providing feedback and training to clinic staff. Key responsibilities include responding to inquiries, explaining billing issues, identifying and resolving complex issues, and maintaining accurate documentation. Experience working in a Revenue Cycle or Healthcare Administration support role High School Diploma or GED Equivalent 1-2 Years of Customer Service Experience Basic knowledge of clinic operations, patient registration, medical billing, or health insurance
